Cosaint Inc. and 1st Health Office Solutions announce a partnership designed to deliver privacy and information security awareness training to organizations in the healthcare arena.

Under the terms of the agreement, Cosaint will deliver 1st Health's HIPAA Privacy and Transactions/Code Set training courses to clients through a variety of media including Cosaint's established web portal - Cosaint Certify^TM - and courseware developed to AICC and SCORM standards. The partners will also be well positioned to provide customized courses with their combination of healthcare expertise, information security background and course development skills and will be working together to produce a range of training courses for the healthcare sector.
