SA-Centers™ - Policy Affirmation

An SA-Center can include a policy affirmation screen which asks the student to read the client's security policy (or policies), and then sign them online to indicate that they agree to abide by them. The electronic signatures are recorded automatically for the LMS/portal administrator thus eliminating one of the most time-consuming jobs in developing a compliance program. An email system can also be set up to "nag" students until they've logged in and completed the affirmation!
