We consider the following factors:
- Which topics need to be covered, taking into account your organization’s specific business circumstances.
- The time that each student has available to take security awareness training, and the financial implications that this might have for your organization.
- Whether you have significant staff turnover, or a relatively stable workforce.
- Whether you have an existing new-hire process that can be leveraged.
- Whether the awareness program is being designed to satisfy regulatory compliance needs.
We also look into whether some of the courses might need to be customized to meet your needs – perhaps deleting content that isn’t relevant, adding in content specific to your organization, or even developing a new course to deal with a noteworthy issue.
The resulting training program can then be delivered as web-based courses in a format to suit your chosen delivery option – either a Cosaint-hosted LMS, or your own existing elearning infrastructure.
